Maren Hollander
Founding partner · Rotterdam · since 2009
Founded the studio after twelve years designing infrastructure for the port authority. Leads the civic and adaptive-reuse work and teaches the master's studio at Delft.
Tomás Varela
Founding partner · Lisbon · since 2009
Trained as a stonemason before studying architecture in Porto. Runs the Lisbon office and every project where the ground is the main material.
Agnieszka Wolak
Partner · Rotterdam · since 2012
Joined to lead Kleve Courthouse and stayed to build the studio's technical practice: details, specifications and the concrete library.
